Specialty Areas

Trusight produces a group of member oriented compensation surveys and related reports, covering jobs of local and regional market interest. In addition we collaborate with other members of the Employer Associations of America (EAA) to produce a series of national compensation and benefit surveys. Our surveys are conducted using best practices and follow methodology that makes them acceptable as alternative sources of prevailing wage. A complete list of our surveys, along with descriptions and ordering information, is below.

Our North Central Region Survey is organized into four reports. Data is broken out by major industry, sales volume, and by geographic region. Data includes base, bonus, merit ranges and step progression ranges. Reports are:

  • Office, Clerical, & Technical
  • Managerial, Supervisory, & Professional
  • Production Trades
  • Nonprofit & Public Sector

Other specialty surveys include:

  • Minnesota Wage Trend – Conducted at 6 month intervals, this survey captures salary, wage and range increases granted and projected. The report summarizes freezes and reductions and projected freezes and reductions for the following year. Data is displayed by five different levels of employees.
  • Minnesota Turnover Rate – Conducted annually, this survey measures the number of quits, discharges and layoffs compared to the number of full-time employees per month. Broken out by major industry group and geographic area.
  • Holiday – Designated dates for holidays granted by employers for the coming year.
