Eleanor is a Human Resources (HR) Consultant for Trusight. She provides consulting, project, and training services to organizations in the areas of business process evaluation, human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll (PR) platform analysis, proposals, Total Rewards Statements, and general HR and PR services. Eleanor helps organizations perform analyses on HRIS/PR systems to maximize current or choose new technology. Her unique background which combines experience as an in-house HR professional, with work as a payroll technology consultant, makes her ideally suited to help organizations evaluate and maximize their HR technology needs. She is a translator between technology vendors and the organization to ensure proper fit in addition to defining and improving existing processes.
Eleanor has more than 20 years of human resources experience including generalist, management, and consulting roles. During that time, she has met with hundreds of organizations and encountered multiple HRIS and PR platforms including ADP, Ceridian, PCS, Paylocity, Paychex, industry specific software, in-house developed software, and numerous ERP’s. In doing so, Eleanor was able to evaluate and streamline the organizations HR and PR business processes, leverage HRIS self-service capability to empower employees and provide managers with the tools they need to effectively manage, and create a strategic vision of what “better” looks like including out of the box solutions.
Fun fact about Eleanor: She has three boys, ages 3, 6, and 9 years old, who are “all boy” and larger than life. Her house is frequently turned into either an obstacle course or a break dancing stage!
