Overview:
Anne is the Project Manager in the Compensation & Benefits and Surveys groups working to develop new and/or improved tools or processes to support Trusight and its membership. She brings a lot to the table including a strong ability to examine, assess, or evaluate things; whether it’s processes, plans, or mechanisms. Anne is always looking for creative and alternative ways to proceed on a project. She particularly enjoys working with and analyzing data as it gives her an objective consideration of the facts that can help keep emotion from distorting the picture.
Prior to joining Trusight, Anne was in HR and the Operations Manager for Jefferson Wells, Director of Servicing and Operations for Green Tree Servicing, and Owner/Operator of H-D Lodge Bed & Breakfast.
