The Internet has dramatically changed the way employers must attract top talent, as well as the way top talent looks for opportunities.  One of the increasingly critical aspects of this is social media, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.  How can you best leverage social media in talent acquistion?  What are the "red flags" to be aware of as you use social media?  How do you avoid legal pitfalls in the process?  These questions will be answered as you learn more about leveraging the web for talent acquisition purposes.
