The Leading Effective Teams Series provides participants with the background knowledge, techniques, and skills to lead productive and successful teams. Leaders of new teams as well as leaders of established teams will take away practical techniques and tools for stimulating collaboration and success on their teams. It is suggested, but not required, that participants attend the series in order.
