Six Sigma Master Black Belt training equips individuals to implement proven principles, practices and methods designed to eliminate or reduce defects and delays, while improving quality, customer satisfaction, and profits in multiple facilities. This intensive, six-day Master Black Belt training program prepares candidates to function as Master Black Belts in Six Sigma structures for continuous improvement. The class sections introduce steps for managing Six Sigma projects based on the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (D-M-A-I-C) methodology.
