For the first time in modern history, employees in the workplace are from four different generations:  Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Millennials, each with distinct world perspectives, value systems, and supervision needs.

This program is designed for individuals managing and supervising employees from different generations.  It provides tips for making adjustments to meet the needs of employees from different generations and offers insight into understanding without judging the values, perspectives, and behaviors typically found in members of a generation.
