The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) measures how one thinks about, and is likely to respond to, cultural differences. IDI is an internationally recognized and proven tool for identifying an individual's or group's current level of cultural awareness, and this program offers strategies to increase individual and organizational competency. Benefits of the program include improved intercultural communication and customer relations and decreased conflict. Participants complete the Intercultural Development Inventory™ and receive an individual feedback session.
