This course focuses on all kinds of harassment, including sexual harassment in the workplace, featuring video clips and exercises that will help you recognize and respond to potential harassment issues when they arise.  The program content includes understanding how preventing harassment can create a business advantage; identifying harassment in the workplace; developing appropriate responses to harassing behaviors, and a "to do" list for preventing harassment and minimizing legal risks.
