An employee, unhappy with how her employer was treating her, posted negative comments about her boss on Facebook. Several coworkers, with whom she is Facebook friends, commented on the post and she responded back. Her employer, learning of the post, fired her for violating its Standards of Conduct and Blogging and Internet Posting policies.
