Specialty Areas

We can help you obtain the information you need to develop your employee relations strategy.   Prior to a unionization, Trusight works with the employer to provide strategies, such as conducting a labor relations audit, to maintain a union-free workplace. During an audit, Trusight's Labor Relations Consultants meet with your management team to review policies, practices, and company philosophy. We conduct one-on-one supervisory interviews to determine "hotspots" in employee relations. We then analyze the information and highlight policies or practices that might make your business vulnerable to an organizing effort, and, finally, provide you with concrete recommendations for correcting problem areas.

Another option, which can be implemented either before or after you are unionized, is an Employee Opinion Survey to get a baseline on overall employee satisfaction with pay, policies, and other working conditions. The survey provides you with a comprehensive report on survey findings along with recommendations for improving job satisfaction among employees.
