This two-day program trains participants in Six Sigma Green Belt Tools and outlines steps necessary to successfully implement Six Sigma. We will discuss structure, methods and techniques of Six Sigma. You will learn the importance of management support to the success of Six Sigma initiatives and ways to maximize the gain from these practices. The principles and methods covered in this program can be applied in both manufacturing and service environments.Upon completion of the course, you will recieve a Certificate of Achievement.
