Participants will learn safety management skills with a focus on safety responsibilities and duties as well as proactive approaches to safety and compliance. We'll provide training techniques as well as tips on how to improve employee involvement and participation. A reference manual is provided.
Other covered topics include: safety awareness; enforcement of safety policies; drug and alcohol reasonable suspicion training, and accident investigation techniques.
