2011 VETS-100/100A Filing Deadline Extended to November 30

9/6/2011By Brenda Johnson, SPHR

The US Department of Labor (DOL) announced that due to technical difficulties, the filing deadline for the 2011 VETS-100/VETS-100A reports has been moved to November 30, 2011. The DOL is working on correcting the technical issues and anticipates that the electronic filing system will be available by October 1.

Although the filing is delayed, the reporting period for purposes of completing the Vets-100/100A reports remains unchanged. Contractors must select a payroll period ending between July 1 and August 31, 2011, and report on the 12-month period preceding that date.

This does not affect the filing of EEO-1 reports which are due by September 30.
