Stacy provides training and consulting services to employers primarily in the areas of Affirmative Action (AA), equal employment opportunity (EEO), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). She also conducts discrimination and harassment investigations. Stacy performs compensation and adverse impact analyses, assists with Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and other government agency compliance reviews, and designs AA/EEO compliance and implementation initiatives with employers. Stacy discerns and responds to her client’s needs and works cooperatively with them to develop customized initiatives for their organizations.

Previously, Stacy worked in the Trusight Research Department. Prior to joining Trusight, she held positions that included: HR management; work problems counselor in an employee assistance program; senior training and development specialist; and a counselor and instructor providing academic advising, career counseling, and reading and study skill services to college students, including adults in North Minneapolis community programs.

Fun fact about Stacy: She works the booth with her husband at art fairs throughout the spring, summer, and fall in the Midwest.
