Marie is a Human Resources (HR) Consultant for Trusight, Inc. She is great at establishing rapport with her clients and maintaining a professional approach to help them distinguish between their perceived needs and actual needs. Being resourceful and creative, Marie is able to think outside of the box and leverage resources for her clients. She has been involved with projects that include international recruiting for a software development company, role creation and job description development, and staffing process and procedure development.
Prior to joining Trusight, Marie was an HR Generalist consulting for small businesses that encompassed a broad range of industries including IT, telecommunications, medical devices, and corporate wellness. She also has a business background that includes contract administration, advertising sales and operations. Marie has previously conducted training on the following areas diversity awareness, effective interviewing, and performance management. Additionally she has been responsible for job description development, recruiting, new-hire orientation, and summer intern program management.
