Debra manages the Employment Law and Research groups and serves on Trusight’s membership and management advisory teams. She knows that creating a healthy work environment allows everyone at Trusight to do their best, create the most powerful results, and provide an excellent customer experience for Trusight’s clients. Debra thrives in a dynamic environment and is continuously learning. She has the unique ability to prioritize and hone in on her client’s specific needs in order to give them the best results possible.

Prior to joining Trusight, Debra’s experience encompassed both public and private sectors and various industries. She has worked at the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, Hennepin County, Northwest Airlines, and The Pillsbury Company.

Fun fact about Debra: She is an avid jewelry maker.
