Participants learn or develop negotiations strategies and skills based on employer priorities, including necessary preparation for negotiations meetings.  This program covers specific negotiations tactics including contingency plans in the event of negotiations failure and a resulting strike.  This interactive program allows participants to discuss negotiations issues with peers and the Trusight Labor Relations Staff.
