2012 HR Excellence Awards Nominations Accepted Now!

Trusight, an Employers Association, has been recognizing companies through our HR Best Practice Award since 2006. This program is intended to recognize a human resources program or undertaking that improves the work life, well-being or productivity of your employees, your HR department, or your company overall.

Who is Eligible?

Any company in the five-state region is eligible. You may nominate your own company or another organization.

Need Help Choosing a Program to Nominate?

Categories are:

  • Use of Technology
  • Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Innovation
  • Relationship Building
  • Community Interaction
  • Doing "a lot with a little"

These categories are meant to give you a broad framework, but we encourage creative submissions beyond these groupings. We are open to a wide range of HR programs and encourage you to nominate any program that has positively impacted your company or community.

Submissions must be received by September 21, 2012.

How Will Winners be Chosen?

The finalists will be chosen by a panel of experts and peers. Factors considered will include creativity, broad organizational impact, scalability, and resources used vs. results achieved. We are especially looking for programs that can work in a variety of environments.

The grand prize winner will receive:

  • A $500 gift card
  • $500 towards membership dues, training or consulting
  • A feature story in Trusight's newsletter, sightlines
  • Recognition on Trusight's website
  • Commemorative award
  • Participation on a panel to share insights with peers

Prizes will also be awarded for 2nd and 3rd place. All winners will be honored at our awards celebration.
