Lori Storms is a Senior HR & Employment Professional with Trusight, an HR membership, training and HR assistance organization. Lori has more than 30 years of human resource experience and has held management and senior management positions in engineering, manufacturing, retail and service organizations. She provides consulting services and training in the following areas: workplace harassment, affirmative action, drug testing and reasonable suspicion, employee relations, policy and procedure development, and employee handbook development and/or review.
Prior to joining Trusight, Lori gained extensive experience in human resources management and senior management positions, primarily in manufacturing. This experience has enabled her to put herself in the position of her clients to better understand their challenges including time constraints, securing upper management approval on projects, and getting a lot of work in a short amount of time.
