Bill designs, develops, and delivers management and leadership training programs for Trusight. He draws on more than 25 years of experience in management and business training. Bill weaves his experiences and those of past clients into intriguing short stories that are entertaining and educational. He formulates his lectures, seminars, and break-out sessions to be interactive, easy to understand, and engaging.

Bill addresses topics such as management, leadership, productivity, marketing, and achievement. Prior to joining Trusight in 2005, he presented to numerous groups that include: American Express, Control Data Corporation, The Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College, The National Association of Elevator Contractors, Tandy/Radio Shack Corporation, and The Midwest Independent Publishers Association.

As a private business consultant for 15 years and a former U.S. Marine, Bill brings a unique knowledge of self-discipline and understanding of basic human nature and motivation. As the Manager of Education and an instructor of Computer Programming at Control Data Institute for more than a decade, Bill demonstrates to students the close link between teaching and managing while getting his point across in an easy-to-understand and simple manner.

Fun fact about Bill: Having been in several amateur plays in High School, it didn’t surprise Bill’s family when he spent 10 years working at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival as a costumed vendor!
