Steve has more than 15 years of management experience in both line and staff (support) positions. He knows the realities of managing a team of people and can coach managers on what they need to do to become more effective. Steve is able to take the concept of leadership and break it down, making it understandable to his class participants.
Prior to joining Trusight, Steve was a Production Department Manager and a Human Resource Manager for Schreiber Foods.
Fun fact about Stephen: He enjoys triathlons, adventure racing, and various other endurance sports.
