Overview

At MRA/Trusight we are committed to providing our members and customers with the information, clarity, and perspective they need to perform in the contemporary business environment. We serve as your trusted resource, sorting through all of the clutter to give you best practices based upon years of in-the-trenches experience. We monitor the trends, keeping what works and bringing the best and most effective new ideas back to you. Our three primary offerings are: membership, Human Resources assistance, and HR, leadership and management training. Membership provides valuable support, tools, and resources to Human Resources professionals and management to assist in the day-to-day human resources functions. Trusight’s professionals provide assistance on a wide range of HR and management issues. Our training classes and workshops cover training for the HR staff member and training for your employees in a host of categories from leadership to conflict management to presentation skills.

Mission

MRA/Trusight’s mission is to help our members understand how Human Resources can play a strategic role and contribute directly to growth and the bottom line, to provide HR and management with tools and support to make that ROI contribution, and to help HR professionals communicate these important messages to the executive suite.

History

Associated Industries of Minneapolis was formed in 1936 as an organization that helped resolve labor-management disputes and harmonize employer-employee relations during a time of serious labor turmoil in the Twin Cities. The Association changed its name in 1975 to Employers Association of Greater Minneapolis, then merged with St. Paul Employers Associations in 1985, forming Employers Association, Inc.  The Association moved its headquarters to Plymouth, Minnesota in 1998. Today, Trusight is a regional not-for-profit member organization and one of the largest employer associations of its kind in the country.

Strategic Partners

Trusight has the depth of knowledge and expertise to find the right solutions for you. We also know that in order to stay focused on Human Resources, we need to create partnerships that can supplement the services we provide. Our partners not only work in areas closely tied to Human Resources, but in areas that bring diverse expertise to the table. For information on the services available to members through our partners, contact Jennifer Strom at 763-253-9155.
